DCC handover three commercial towers

Dubai Contracting Company (DCC) is handing over three new commercial towers in Dubai which were completed in the first quarter of 2010.

The towers are O14 – a 22 storey office tower in Business Bay; Single Business Tower, a 45 storey office tower on Sheikh Zayed Road and Code, a 14 storey office tower, in Al Barsha.

Abdallah Yabroudi, CEO, DCC said: “The completion of these towers is a testament to DCC’s uncompromising commitment to the timely handover of all projects. Our team understands our objective of aiming to exceed our clients’ expectations in terms of quality workmanship and on-time delivery, and the entire organization is fully aligned around this mission.”

Many tenants are in the final stages of their office fit-outs, while others have already moved in.
