Schon to build Dh465m The Signet tower

Schon Properties said yesterday it is developing The Signet, a commercial-residential project, in Downtown Jebel Ali at a cost of Dh465 million.

The tower will have 17 floors with 273 units, of which 18 will be allocated for the home-office concept and seven town homes (Duplex Offices), with the company introducing the "home-office" concept.

"They can live in the property, and have their trade licence addressed to the same place at the same time," said Danial H. Schon, Vice President, Schon Properties.

"It's living and doing business from the one location, affording the property owner a lot of savings such as transportation and extra rental cost for an office, for example, not to mention avoiding the hassle of traffic and the stress that goes with it," he said.
