Al Ain Club score at Junior World Masters

The Volkswagen Middle East Junior Masters Champions, Al Ain Club, have kicked off their inaugural appearance at the Volkswagen Junior World Masters soccer tournament in Madrid, with two stunning goals scored by striker Saeed Nasser.

Representing the UAE among 19 other country champions, Al Ain Club found the back of the net first in their game against Egypt, whom they drew with. Al Ain Club then repeated the performance, and again made it past the Dutch goal posts in their hard fought match against the Netherlands, who fought back hard to win the match 2-1.

The Volkswagen Middle East champions will make it through to the next round, with wins needed when they play against top of group teams Switzerland and Brazil.

If they are successful, the Al Ain players will reach the World Final held at the hallowed grounds of the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.
