A fine Pakistani mix

Work by some of Pakistan's top contemporary artists is on display until tomorrow at the Basta Art Café and Gallery in Dubai's Bastakiya district.

Organised in association with www.Villano6.com, the show highlights a large variety of modern Pakistani art, including works by established names such as Rind, Sarfraz Mussawir and Seemab Tariq. In addition, the show debuts the work of Shazia Salman and Junaid Sajid, both of whom have created an audience for their work in Pakistan.

The exhibition is a response to the growing interest in Pakistani art here, says Omer Alvie, Creative Director of www.Villano6.com.
