The Columbian-Lebanese singer has a date with Abu Dhabi on New Year's Eve as Emirates Palace Hotel hosts an exclusive outdoor concert limited to 10,000 revellers only.

Organised by Flash, this will be the first NYE concert to be held in the UAE and Shakira will be choreographing a special act for the night – one that will require four days of rehearsals apparently. Expect hit tracks Hips Don't Lie, Whenever Wherever, Objection, Undereath Your Clothes and more.

The mega bash will also feature local talent and international DJs.

This event is a must for all those who attempted to catch the dancing diva during her previous concert but failed to do so thanks to the traffic snarls that didn't let up long after her Dubai Autodrome show had ended.
