Katrina Kaif has reason to be upset. A video allegedly featuring the top Bollywood star is now doing the rounds of the internet, but the actress says the girl isn’t her – nor does she bear any resemblance to her.

The actress said in a statement: "The video is disgusting and the girl clearly doesn't even look like me. There's no room for any speculation whatsoever. How can you even call her my lookalike? The girl's face is completely different!”

Pornographic sites and forums have gone to town with the clip, which reportedly features a lookalike having sex with a group of random men.

The viral video – labelled “Katrina Kaif sex scandal” – apparently shows the supposed look-alike wearing Indian jewellery slowly stripping down to her bikini and then moving on to the sexual act with a number of men, the Hindustan Times newspaper reported.

Those who have seen the video agree that the girl is clearly not the Bollywod actress – but a debate over the authenticity of the clip has been raging online all weekend.

“I think it's ridiculous to even talk about it,” declares Katrina.

A few months ago the actress’s sister Isabel was embroiled in a similar sex tape controversy, which also featured a look-a-like.

At that point, both Katrina and her mother, Suzanne Turquotte, categorically denied that the ten-minute clip had anything to do with Isabel. They also vowed to take legal action against anyone uploading or circulating the video under the young girl's name.

Several other Bollywood stars have been linked to fake videos in the past, including Mallika Sherawat, Preity Zinta and tabloid targets Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor.
