She is a royalty in Hollywood but Nicole Kidman's 'Grace of Monaco' was a dampener.

Although the film was ripped apart by critics, Nicole's royal beauty captivated her audience.

Of-screen and during red carpet events Kidman continued her Grace Kelly look in stunning cocktail dresses.

People have been surprised by how youthful Kidman, 46, is looking. Some even wondered whether Botox might be the secret.

But at a recent red carpet event, Kidman was nearly popping out of her dress, despite the fact that she clearly was not wearing a supportive garment.

In a low-cut dress at the Celebrate Life Ball in Melbourne (no picture here), Kidman was accompanied by her husband Keith Urban.

Displaying a significantly curvier bust, the 46-year-old's perky decolletage seemed to defy the effects of gravity, sparking speculation she may have gone under the knife.

As Nicole is not known for her curves, it seems likely that Nicole has indeed had augmentation procedure.

It would be very unusual for a woman as thin as she is to have such curves.

Nicole has showcased a seemingly smaller bust over the years.

The actress appeared more flat chested when she filmed scenes in nothing but a camisole 15 years ago in 'Eyes Wide Shut'.

The Grace Of Monaco star's more voluptuous figure was noticed recently when she graced the red carpet at the Swisse Celebrate Life Ball in Melbourne last week.

Known for her slender frame, Kidman may have been able to put her busty appearance down to cleavage-enhancing padding in the first instance, but slipping into a figure-hugging frock at a promotional event in Shanghai on Sunday, it was evident Nicole wasn't wearing a bra.

The Australian-born actress denies undergoing surgery, saying she only once dabbled in Botox, but her puffy, wrinkle-free face at the Cannes Film Festival led some to suggest she had returned to the trend.

At Cannes her line-free forehead, as well as some swelling around her eyes raised eyebrows. 

Her lips and cheeks also looked rather puffed up, and the only lines on her completely taut complexion were around her mouth.

At times she gave the impression that she was finding it difficult to smile wide enough!

Nicole could hardly move her face.
