Dr Dre buys Tom Brady's mansion for $40m

Dr Dre hasa bought Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady's mansion in Los Angeles for $10 million less than the originally asking price of $50 million.

The rapper and producer has had his eye on the impressive custom-built home in Brentwood for a few months now and finally signed the paperwork yesterday to become the new homeowner.

According to the Los Angeles Times newspaper, Dr. Dre, 49, managed to secure the property for $10 million less than what the couple had originally listed it for.

The 14,000-square-foot property will suit the rapper down to the ground as it boasts six bedrooms, a fully-equipped gym, library, infinity pool and even a moat and waterfall.

Meanwhile, Gisele and Tom have reportedly forked out $40 million over the space of four years to build their dream home, but plan to relocate to Boston permanently, where they're busy constructing yet another massive 14,300 square-foot mansion over five-acres of land.

The supermodel and NFL star - who have a four-year-old son, Benjamin, together - also recently splashed out on a $14million apartment in New York City.
