Katrina upset with Ranbir over Deepika?

Ex-lovers Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor have been spending a whole lot of time together.

While it is the promotions of their new romantic movie ‘Tamasha’ that’s keeping them together, we hear, that his rumoured girlfriend Katrina Kaif isn’t too happy about it.

Is that why the usually guarded couple decided to step out together while attending a Diwali party in Mumbai?

As they walked to the venue together the paparazzi clicked away incessantly, and it headlined every entertainment paper in India.

Not only that, she even opened up about her relationship with Ranbir in screenwriter-lyricist Niranjan Iyengar’s talk show ‘Look Who's Talking with Niranjan - Season 2’. “Talking about Salman (Khan) would be disrespecting my existing relationship,” she announced.

Adding, “Ranbir isn’t my ‘4am friend’, he’s my all-hour friend.”

Ranbir and Katrina are known to avoid each other at public events and skip questions about their alleged link-up, unless there’s a point to be made. And, in this case, it appears the current girlfriend is marking her territory.

Remember the last time Ranbir and Deepika were paired for a romantic film ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’, a similar incident surfaced. While the heat of the promotions were on, pictures of Ranbir and Katrina’s “secret” beach holiday surfaced on the internet. While some believed it was planted, others pointed out that the couple were genuinely unaware about being clicked on the beach.

Again, when Deepika made a heartfelt public confession about her fight with depression and theories were drawn about Ranbir’s role and their break-up, a similar photo leak of Ranbir and Katrina’s Maldives holiday made it to the internet. In fact, just days before they flew out for their next beach holiday, the media was treated to images of Katrina dining with Ranbir’s famous film family.

It’s strange how every time the focus shifts on Ranbir and Deepika, there’s a cheeky confirmation that he’s linked to Katrina.
