John Travolta gives Scarlett Johansson, Idina Menzel 'creeps'

We all remember how John Travolta infamously fumbled over Idina Menzel’s name during last year’s Oscars telecast. It was one of the show’s most talked-about moments.

The actor was brought back for what appeared to be a clear shot at redemption this year and, well, it turned out far more creepy.

Travolta first creepily kissed Scarlett Johannsson on the red carpet and then creepily touched co-presenter Idina Menzel's face during the show - he had no intentions to let go of her. And the discomfort was clearly visible in Menzel’s face.

The ‘Frozen' songstress Menzel was called on to announce the Best Original Song winner. And then Menzel brought out Travolta, by mangling his name, of course, calling him Glom Gazingo.

It was a callback that seemed well-intentioned, until things quickly got awkward.

Travolta immediately wrapped his arm tightly around Menzel’s waist, then turned to her, grabbed her chin, and close-talked: “I deserved that, but you, you my darling, my beautiful, my wickedly talented Idina Menzel.”

Basically he was pawing of Idina's face; only stopping short of squeezing her cheeks.

Menzel laughed politely (gulping down the public display) as Travolta held on to her chin for a few more seconds before lowering his hand back onto her waist.

Host Neil Patrick Harris couldn’t let this opportunity go by and quipped when he closed the show, "Next year, Travolta will be back to apologize for all the face touching.”

But that was not Travolta’s first move of the night. He was crawling all over the Red Carpet and couldn’t resist the beautiful Scarlett Johansson.

He was snapped on the red carpet wrapping his hands around his 'A Love Song For Bobby Long' co-star Scarlett Johansson while delivering what appeared to be an unsolicited smooch on her cheek in an apparent photobomb.

Travolta ditched his wife Kelly Preston to sneak around an unsuspecting plant a kiss on Scarlett’s cheek.

He then walked away, leaving her looking like she had no idea what just happened.

The 30-year-old beauty, who stunned in an emerald-colored Atelier Versace gown, looked like she wanted nothing to do with the 61-year-old actor's touchy-feely hello.
