No more kids for Kim

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are not planning to have any more children.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star - who gave birth to her second child, son Saint, on Saturday (05.12.15) - has reportedly decided against having another child as it could be too 'dangerous' with her various medical conditions brought on by pregnancy and the subsequent birth, including placenta accreta.

A source told PEOPLE magazine: "The plan now is not to have any more kids and Kim is okay with that. Doctors have advised that [trying for another baby] could be dangerous.

"The fact that she has two children makes her so happy. North, and now the baby, are the centers of their universe. Things can always change, but she and Kanye are totally happy with just North and Saint."

Meanwhile, the 35-year-old television personality - who also has two-year-old daughter North with the 'Only One' hitmaker - is thought to have had a really "tough" birth because of her medical condition, with sources claiming the couple chose the name to show how much of a "blessing" their little boy is.

A source said: "She had a really tough birth because of the issues with her placenta."

Where Saint West banned

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West would've been forbidden from calling their son Saint if they lived in New Zealand because the moniker is on the country's Department of Internal Affairs list of unacceptable names.

The little one's moniker features on the country's Department of Internal Affairs list of unacceptable names, so the pair - who also have two-year-old daughter North - would've had to think again if they had moved to New Zealand from the US.

According to New Zealand Herald newspaper, the department doesn't allow any names which imply a child has a title or a rank.

This rules out Saint - who was born on Saturday - as well as monikers Prince, Princess, Majesty, Duke, Special Constable and Justice, all of which were rejected in the country last year.

Other religious names turned down by the department include Christ, Lucifer, Messiah, Christ and Bishop.

Kim, 35, confirmed her and Kanye, 38, had named their newborn on Monday.

Alongside several emojis, she tweeted: "SAINT WEST (sic)"

But one Twitter user unknowingly got there first when it came to tweeting Saint's name.

The social networker correctly predicted the showbiz power couple would call their baby Saint - six months before he was born.

In a tweet posted on June 22, 2015, which has been retweeted more than 117,000 times and received over 90,000 'likes' after going viral, the tweeter wrote: "watch kanye name his kid "saint" or some stupid s**t (sic)"

Kim and Kanye are said to have opted for the name Saint for their little one because he is a "blessing" after a "difficult pregnancy".

The reality TV star gave birth to her son almost three weeks before her due date on Christmas Day.

Saint? Kim's 'most painful experience ever'

Kim Kardashian West reportedly had a "really tough" birth when she welcomed son Saint into the world on Saturday.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star reportedly suffered from placenta accreta, where the placenta remains attached to the womb, again when she gave birth to her son Saint on Saturday.

A source told PEOPLE magazine: "She had a really tough birth because of the issues with her placenta."

Meanwhile, the 35-year-old television personality - who already has two-year-old daughter North with husband Kanye West - previously revealed she may have to have a hysterectomy after she gave birth to her son because of the condition.

She shared: "With the issues I had last time, my risk of having preclampsia and placenta acreeta are increased and there's not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery.

(Instagram)

"In a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough, but luckily my doctor doesn't think this will happen. So as time goes on, I am stressing out less and trying to go with the flow.

"We induced my labor and I had North soon after. Right after delivery, the placenta usually then comes out. Mine did not. My placenta stayed attached inside my uterus, which is a condition called placenta accreta ... My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails. How disgusting and painful!"
