There's really nothing more classic than a winged eyeliner look, commonly referred to as the 'cat eye.'
A lot of women are scared to even attempt winged liner look, and many are discouraged when they can't get it right the first time around.

With these tips plus a little patience, you'll be well on your way to having perfect winged liner.
Liquid liner:
Nothing wrong with using a pencil liner (you'll get a softer line), but I personally prefer using liquid liner. Be sure to choose one with an easy-to-use applicator. A waterproof liner will last you all day.

Apply:
Step 1: Start at the outer end of the eye, creating a blueprint before drawing the entire line. Begin drawing a diagonal line from the corner of the eye about halfway up toward the end of the eyebrow. This helps to map out the specific angle and shape of that flirty flick.
Step 2: Next, create the entire 'flick' or wing shape by drawing another line that meets with the first line to create a point. It's best to draw this shape first and make sure you're happy with it; if you're not, you can erase and start over.
Step 3: Now go into the inner corner of the eye and begin drawing a line that extends all the way over to meet that second line drawn, finalising the overall shape of the winged liner.
Here's a tip: When you're drawing along your lash line, let the pen or brush fluidly move along the curve of your eyeball. This way you'll create the perfect liner that suits the shape of your eye.
