Ras Al Khaimah Police, using helicopters, rescued three Asian men trapped on top of a 4,500-feet mountain after they lost their way.
Police said they found the three in bad condition as they had no water and were exhausted after walking a long distance on the mountain in Wadi Ghalila.
“They were found nearly 15 minutes after we were notified about their absence …they were flown to hospital for treatment,” said Lt Colonel Saeed Al Yamahi, head of the air wing in RAK Police.
Lieutenant Al Yamahi thanked residents of the area for providing the help to locate the people.
