Al Ain wildlife park launches family nights

The Al Ain Wildlife Park and Resort has launched exclusive Family Nights on Wednesdays every week.

The Family Nights would have fun packed evenings specially cut out for everybody in the family right from parents to children, including cartoon movies, children’s games and a bouncy castle.Saif Aldhaheri, Section Head of Guest Relations at the zoo, said: “A visit to the zoo is not only learning about the animals but also enjoying, being active and spending time with family. Games and cartoon movies offer something for everyone, and are a great option for families looking for fun evenings out as the summer holidays begin this July.”

For children, a range of 10 different sports games will be offered at the zoo including football, golf, volleyball and many more. Cartoon movies will be shown on a 6x4.5m-wide screen at 8pm in the picnic area next to the train station. For children looking to burn off some extra energy, the bouncy castle will be a favourite attraction.

Other activities include face painting, henna, arts and crafts and fun educational activities.The family-tailored activities are scheduled to take place every Wednesday from 6pm. It will discontinue during the Ramadan, and will return following the Eid holidays. The zoo’s summer opening hours are from 4pm to 10pm.

During Ramadan, the zoo will be open from 6pm to 12 midnight.
