Dubai court awaits report in Al Gusaibi case

The Dubai Commercial Court on Thursday adjourned the case filed by Al Mashreq against Al Gusaibi family since the official expert assigned by the court was yet to submit his report.

The bank had in a plea sought judicial intervention in getting Dh1.457 billion back from the Al Gusaibi family. 

The case will now be heard on October 21 when the report is expected to be filed by the expert.

In all, 21 member of the Al Gusaibi family are involved in the case which is one of the four filed by Al Mashreq seeking the money from debtors.
