Dubai Immigration to close HQ for 3 days

Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department has announced the closure of its main office in Al Jafiliya area for three days from February 1-3.

 It will offer all its services in the external centers and branches which are fully equipped for completing all transactions and requests.

The three consecutive closure days are for the purposes of maintenance and repair, and DNRD will stop receiving clients on these days, and will then continue providing its services afterwards.

Maj. Gen. Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of DNRD in Dubai, said: “We are keen on the happiness of all our clients, and the quality of services, and we are doing our best to upgrade all the services provided to them.”

He noted that the administration has allocated the times for the external centers, which is from 7:30am till 10pm continuously where these centers offer all the services available in the main building, which will maintain the speed of services given when the main building is closed.

He added that apart from the external branches, clients can get inquires either through the free hotline Aamer by calling 8005111 or its international phone number 04-3139999, which operates around the clock, seven days a week, or through social networking sites Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

He added that DNRD will provide its services through the external branches as following:

- Jebel Ali Free Zone
- Al Khail Mall
- Al Manara Center
- Jumeirah Lakes Towers
- Dubai International Airport
- Al Tawar Center
- Arabian Center
- Bin Sougat Center
- Danata in Deira
