The Dubai Criminal Court has given an Indian etisalat employee three months jail for molesting a Nepali housewife while fixing Internet service in her home.
The court, presided by Hamad Abdullatif Abdul Jawad, ordered the deportation of DAN, 26, after serving his jail term.
According to the court record, on November 23, 2010, at around 10 am, DNA caressed the back and hand of the housewife while she was alone at home.
The 26-year-old housewife testified before the prosecution that she allowed DNA to come in to fix the Internet service.
"After finishing the task, he asked me to try to connect to a website using her personal laptop. He stood behind me and touched my back. But he immediately pulled back his hand as I screamed at him. He also put his hand on top of my hand claiming he wants to show me how to control the mouse. I shouted at him, but he repeated the offence when he asked me to sign on the application… I felt scared and signed on the application and left the house waiting for him to leave," she testified before the Prosecution.
She told her husband when he returned home from work and the couple logged a complaint with the Al Rifaa Police Station against DAN.
A police officer testified that in addition to DAN admission before the police to the accusation he confessed to asking the victim to open porn websites.
