Illegal gas cylinder filling factory busted in Sharjah

Sharjah authorities busted an illegal gas cylinder filling factory in Al Madam area run by Asian expatriates and officials described it as a time bomb because of bad storage.

The factory was located in farm close to residential areas and at least 280 filled gas cylinders were seized by law enforcers.

Some of the cylinders were found to be carrying names of well known brands in the UAE and most of the products were sold to restaurants and other businesses in Al Madam and neighbouring areas.
