Maintenance work on SZR on Thurs, Friday

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has urged  road users to be extra cautious when driving on Sheikh Zayed Road in the direction from Jebel Ali to Dubai from 2am on Thursday up to 10am on the same day.

Maintenance works will resume from the dawn of tomorrow (Friday) up to 10am of the same day. RTA will undertake maintenance works to the asphalt pavement in the sector from the 1st Interchange (Ex Defence Bridge) to Trade Centre R/A.

The three right-side lanes will be closed during maintenance works on Thursday, and the remaining three left-side lanes will be closed on Friday to carry out maintenance works.
