His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is the most important personality in the world of horse racing, according to a report by CNN Arabic.

Sheikh Mohammed is one of the most important personalities in global racing and breeding horses, the report added.

He is the owner of the largest horse racing empire in the world and has farms in the US, Ireland, England and Australia, Al Bayan quoted the report as saying.
