RTA adds more services to Al Barsha Centre to enhance customer happiness

The Roads and Transport Authority, RTA, today announced a bundle of vital services at Al Barsha Customer Happiness Centre.

The services include permits for mobile ads on vehicles and motorcycles, recharging Salik balance, permits for transporting heavyweight materials, and parking permits for disabled drivers aged over 60.

Ahmed Mahboub, Director of Customer Service, Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector, RTA, said, "The centre will also offer booking of parking spaces for certain entities as specified in the law such as hotels, hospitals, ambulance vehicles, banks and imams of mosques, in addition to booking pavement spaces for exhibiting commercial goods.

Services offered also include parking permit Type V, for a single parking space for villa visitors offered to citizens only, parking permit Type R, enabling residents of the district, both Emiratis and residents, to park their vehicles free of charge at night, and the paid parking permit, Type L, for citizens in Al Mankhool only.

The centre also offers an accidents service system to identify the cost of damages inflicted on RTA properties arising from accidents, and the issuance of clearance certificates to the parties blamed for the accident.
