Two women molested... at home and outside

Two men have been charged in separate incidents for molesting a housewife and a pedestrian.
 

The Dubai Criminal Court heard that MRM, Bangladeshi, grabbed breasts of a female while she was jogging on November 2.

When the British housewife, JH, 33, reached an isolated area while jogging, a man coming behind her walked faster and held her hand strongly, groped her breast and ran away.

The prosecution sheet did not explain how the suspect MRM, 25, was identified and arrested.  However it said that the victim has identified the attacker.

In another molestation case, DAN, 26, Indian, groped a housewife’s back and hand against her will while he was fixing internet service at her home.

DKS, 26, Nepali, testified before the prosecution that she submitted a request to etisalat for fixing Internet services at home. At around 10:30am of November 23, the accused came to her home and asked her for fixing the service which she wanted to be in her bedroom. He then asked her to try the service through her computer. At this time he touched her back.
“As I shouted at him, he asked me to sign the service form and he again held my hand. I pulled my hand and went out of the flat till he left. Once my husband came back from work I informed him and he logged a complaint with Al Rifaa Police Station.”

A policeman testified before the Prosecution that the accused was arrested while he was in Al Karama area. “The accused confessed to the accusation of molesting the housewife and that he asked her to open porn sites,” said the policeman.

The Court adjourned the two cases till March 28.
