Four-year-old girl dies as roof collapses on her

A four-year-old Kuwaiti girl was killed while she was watching television at her house after part of the ceiling collapsed on her, a newspaper said on Thursday.

Parents of the unnamed child said a large part of the cement ceiling fell down because of maintenance and demolition work on floor above them.

“The girl died instantly after a large part of the ceiling fell on her head while she was watching television at her house in Kuwait City,” Alanba said.
