Mohammed, Mohamed bin Zayed meet Saudi Crown Prince

 His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, today received Saudi Deputy Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, at his palace in Zabeel.

Prince Mohammed bin Salman offered his condolences to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid on the death of Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai attended the meeting.

Prince Mohammed bin Salman expressed his heartfelt sympathy, praying to Allah Almighty to rest his soul in Paradise, as well as grant solace and patience to his family and the UAE.

Among those who attended the mourning majlis were Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Mohammed Ahmed Al Murr, Speaker of the Federal National Council (FNC), Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy National Security Advisor, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of Emirates Group, Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, Director General of Dubai Information Department, a number of Sheikhs, ministers, key officials and those accompanied Prince Mohammed.

The Saudi Deputy Crown Prince was accompanied by a number of senior Saudi officials.

Earlier, Prince Mohammed arrived today in Dubai and was received by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

He was also received by Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy National Security Advisor, and  Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs.

 Mohammed bin Rashid receives Prince Saud bin Naif

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, this evening received at Zabeel Palace, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, who offered him condolences on the death of the late Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Present were Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance and Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai.

Later, Sheikh Mohammed received Salaheddine Mezouar, Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and Co-operation and Representative of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco.

Mezouar conveyed to Sheikh Mohammed and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed condolences of the King of Morocco on the death of Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed.

The condolence majlis was attended by a number of Sheikhs, ministers and senior officials.
