Outgoing US ambassador grateful for UAE experience

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai received the American Ambassador to the UAE, Richard Olsen, at Dubai Ruler's Court today.

The outgoing ambassador was accompanied by US Consul General in Dubai Justin Siberell to the meeting, which was held in the presence of Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

During his farewell visit, Olsen expressed gratitude to Sheikh Mohammed for the cooperation and warm hospitality shown by UAE officials, who contributed to strengthening his country's relations with the UAE. Sheikh Mohammed praised the ambassador's dedication and efforts in serving their countries' mutual interests, wishing him success in his future career in the service of his country.

The meeting was attended by a number of senior officials.
