Netanyahu on Lebanese actress’ shoe

A famous Lebanese actress and singer has triggered furor after she was seen wearing a shoe carrying the image of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Manar, who has won the title of the most beautiful actresses in Lebanon, said she intended to have Netanyahu’s image on her shoe but did not give reasons.

“Manar will soon clarify the reason for wearing a shoe carrying Netanyahu’s picture,” her media office said, according to Lebanese newspapers.

Netanyahu has been a subject of sarcasm by many artists in the region for his repressive policies against the Palestinians.
