Man's finger caught inside tight ring

An Asian man was rushed to hospital in Kuwait after his finger was caught inside a tight ring and he started to feel numbness in his hand.

Doctors had to call in the civil defence as they had no experience in dealing with such cases, since their tools are designed for cutting flesh not metal.

“Civil defence men came to the hospital used their tools to cut open the ring and free the man’s finger safely,” 'Al Watan' daily said without making clear whether it was a wedding ring.
