Stray dogs visit Kuwait hospital

A Kuwaiti man who went to hospital to visit an ill friend was surprised to see dogs were among the visitors although they have not come through the door yet.

The man quickly grabbed his mobile phone, took shots of the four stray dogs just in front of the hospital gate in Kuwaiti City and went straight to the police.

“Police sent the pictures to the concerned authorities to take immediate action as these dogs could be rabid,” Alanba Arabic language daily said on Tuesday.

It quoted police as saying they had received similar reports about the presence of stray dogs in front of Jahra hospital and that they had told the capital’s municipality and relevant authorities.
