A Kuwait woman tried to storm into the office of the ministry of information undersecretary in the Gulf Emirate just three days after she wreaked havoc inside the office before she was evicted by the police.
It was the third time that the woman, an employee of the ministry, attacked that office without specifying her reasons for doing so.
On Thursday, the woman again pushed her way through and tried to break into the office but this time police women were waiting.
“Early this week, she wreaked havoc inside the office by throwing paper and splashing water and coffee all over before she was evicted by the police,” the Kuwaiti Arabic language daily Alanba said on Saturday.
“She came again three days later but this time police women were waiting for her. They arrested her and took her to the centre for investigation to know why she insists on targeting the undersecretary’s office.”
Alanba said early this week the 33-year-old woman stormed into the office and started screaming that the ministry owed her KD10,000 ($34,000).
“She continued to scream and threatened to use the broken bottle against any one who comes close to her,” the paper said.
“The woman was clearly in a hysterical condition as she later started to speak about politics and swear at the country…she later agreed to walk out but continued to grab the broken bottle…police agreed to her request to drive her own car to their centre under police escort.”
