Job description

Starting GP: Physicians who hold the basic medicine degree from a recognized university or college and who have fulfilled the internship year and have experience for less than (5) years. (National physician is exempted from the condition of experience).
General Practitioner: Physicians who hold the basic medicine degree from a recognized university or college and who have completed (5) years experience after the internship year.
Specialist (B) Doctor: Physicians who hold the basic medicine degree from a recognized university or college together with a diploma or its equivalent, the study of which is not less than (12) months, and who have experience not less than (3) years after the diploma.
Specialist (A) Doctor: Physicians who hold the basic medicine degree from a recognized university or college together with a master degree or its equivalent, the study of which is not less than (24) months, and who have experience not less than (3) years after the master.
Consultant (B) Doctor: Physicians who hold the basic medicine degree from a recognized university or college together with Ph.D., fellowship or membership of one or more world recognized medical colleges or its equivalent and who have experience not less than (5) years after obtaining the highest qualification.
Consultant (A) Doctor: Physicians who hold the basic medicine degree from a recognized university or college together with Ph.D., fellowship or membership of one or more world recognized medical colleges or an equivalent or those who have a professor rank in the specialty field and experience not less than (10) years after obtaining the highest qualification.
CEO of Large Hospital or Medical facility (1) - Between 10 - 15 operational units and head count of 500 or less, and with 5 – 10 years experience.
CEO of Large Hospital or Medical facility (2) - Between 15 - 20 operational units + staff head count of more than 500 and less than 1000, and with 8 – 10 years experience.
CEO of Large Hospital or Medical facility (3) - More than 30 operational units + staff head count of more than a 1000, and with 15 years experience and more.
CEO (1): Running clinics for low to medium demographics, in charge of small diagnostic centres’ and/or small hospital across GCC. Between 10- 15 operational units and head count of 500 or less, with 5 – 10 years experience.
CEO (2): Running clinics for low, medium and high demographics along with small to medium diagnostic centres and/or small hospital across GCC. Between 15 - 20 operational units + staff head count of more than 500 - 800 and less than 1000, with 10 - 15 years experience.
CEO (3): Running clinics for high demographics along with medium to large diagnostic centres across GCC. More than 30 operational units + staff head count of more than a 1000, and with 15 - 20 years experience and more .
