Dog resembles lion after hair cut
US: A dog owner in Virginia decided to shave off his pet's hair and style it like a lion's mane. His action only managed to scare the residents of the place into thinking that a fearsome lion was let loose on the city's streets.
The action even made the authorities check the population of the Virginia Zoo to ensure that no caged lions had made a bid for freedom, according to media reports.
Upon further investigation it was found that the 'big cat' was only a canine and mistaken for a lion due to his furry mane. The Labradoodle has more than 2,000 friends on Facebook and the owner often introduces his animal friend to people as his Lab-a-lion, which people generally even believe.
