Barack Obama has been fined £120 for not paying the congestion charge during his State visit to Britain.
According to The Sun, the US President was hit with the penalty for his motorcade.
London mayor Boris Johnson had wanted the £10 congestion fee to be paid for the President's armour-plated limo - dubbed "The Beast" - and all other cars during his visit in May.
But cameras only managed to photograph one of the vehicles in Mr Obama's motorcade because they were driving so close together. That is the subject of the £120 fine.
Mr Johnson is understood to have raised the issue with Mr Obama at a Buckingham Palace banquet during his visit.
Foreign embassy staff owe £50million in unpaid congestion charge fines - plus £491,000 in parking fines and £566,000 in non-domestic rates.
The US is at the top of the list with a £5million bill, followed by Russia on £4.4million. The details emerged as Foreign Office figures showed 15 diplomats committed "serious crimes" last year.
