Dubai Media Announces Appointment of Hamed bin Karam as Editor-in-Chief of Al Bayan Newspaper

Dubai Media has announced the appointment of Hamed bin Karam as the Editor-in-Chief of Al Bayan newspaper.

Hamed bin Karam began his career with Dubai Media in 2011, working as a journalist and broadcaster in the news center.

In August 2018, he was appointed as the Director of Sama Dubai Channel, where he successfully led the channel to become the most-watched TV channel in the UAE, according to Ipsos report.

He also presented the "Sanad" program, which is considered the first humanitarian program highlighting Emirati humanitarian efforts around the world, and presented it in four consecutive parts.

It is noteworthy that Hamed bin Karam holds a bachelor's degree in communication, specializing in journalism.

His Excellency Mohammed Suleiman Al Mulla, CEO of Dubai Media, confirmed that this appointment reflects the leadership's commitment to empowering national talents and giving the younger generation the opportunity to assume leadership
