The UAE Federal Traffic Council (FTC) has launched a new initiative to strike off four (4) black traffic points for individuals who actively engage in the national campaign "Accident-Free Day."

The initiative, which was rolled out alongside the new school year, urges people to participate in the campaign and help make the UAE's roads safer.

To claim the deduction, individuals must sign the pledge related to the initiative, which is available via the link below:

The pledge commits individuals to driving safely and obey traffic laws. Once the pledge is signed, the four black points will be struck off the individual's traffic record.

The FTC hopes that this initiative will encourage more people to participate in the "Accident-Free Day" campaign and help make the UAE's roads safer for everyone.

  • Here are some additional details about the initiative:

The initiative is open to all UAE residents, regardless of their nationality or age.

Individuals can sign the pledge online or at any traffic department in the UAE.

The pledge is valid for one year.

Individuals who violate traffic laws during the one-year period will not be eligible for the deduction.

The FTC is committed to making the UAE's roads safer, and this initiative is one way to achieve that goal. By striking off black traffic points for those who participate in the "Accident-Free Day" campaign, the FTC hopes to encourage more people to drive safely and help create a culture of road safety in the UAE.
